My name is Rachel Cappola. My first job was working with a Chiropractor/Accupunturist. For that reason I decided to be a Massage Therapist. I love helping my clients and making them feel better.

I attended school in Santa Barbara at the School of Intuitive Massage in 1992 and received my certification. Today I work at Gamble Chiropractic and I love my job here.

In my free time I like to go inline skating and see movies.

My name is Rebeca and I am a Massage Therapist at Gamble Chiropractic. I have been here for 3 years. My specialties are Swedish Massage (a calming, relaxing massage with a nice light therapeutic touch). Great for first-timers.

As light as I can go, I also perform a deep tissue massage which is with a firmer therapeutic touch to reduce any tightness, soreness and tension in the muscles.

I like to incorporate my light to medium touch to deep pressure massage and with some trigger points, depending on my client’s issues. Combining these different techniques for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from everyday use or injuries from overuse.

In my free time, I like to catch up on my adjustments and massages as well.

My name is Lizette Arroyo. I was born in Los Angeles and raised in the Coachella Valley. I’m a mother of one daughter and cherish every moment with her. She is the reason for me being a Massage Therapist.

I attended Kaplan College in 2014 and was certified in 2015. I have been massaging at Gamble Chiropractic for nearly 5 years.

Since I’ve been with Dr. Gamble, I’ve seen how he has grown so much as a business and employer l’ve seen great things with his work. He puts a lot of effort into changing his patient’s lives when it comes to alleviating temporary or chronic pain. My role in his business is to ease tension and pain. With my strong touch, I help to provide comfort and aid for tight muscles and help relax and sooth overworked muscles.

My goal is to grow and learn as a Massage Therapist and to provide better techniques and modalities.

Hi! My name is Amy. I have been a Massage Therapist at Gamble Chiropractic since March 2019. I received my certification in massage therapy in January, 2018 at Somatherapy in Rancho Mirage. I love to work with my hands and also enjoy meeting the needs of my clients and helping them feel better.

In my spare time, I love to workout at my gym, ride horses and tap dance.

I was raised in Washington State and moved to the Coachella Valley nearly 20 years ago. I have been in administration for over 40 years and joined Gamble Chiropractic in 2012.

It has been a pleasure working with all of the staff at Gamble Chiropractic and seeing the changes we are making in the lives of our patients. I have witnessed over and over again the positive life changes that happen to a chiropractic patient. When someone who can barely walk into the office due to excessive pain levels, can walk out after completing their treatment plan with a smile on their face saying “I’m going golfing”, it is more than gratifying to say the least. I have witnessed these changes in all ages of chiropractic patients from newborn babies to the elderly. I believe chiropractic is not only a form of pain relief, but also an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

In my free time, I enjoy riding a Harley with my partner, working out and travelling.

I have been working for Dr. Gamble since June 2019 as a front desk receptionist. I like my job because I know that Dr. Gamble does a great job with his patients and I also like the feeling when a patient walks out of our office feeling better. I also try my hardest to fit the patients’ needs when it comes to scheduling.

I love conversing with patients and making their day. I was born and raised in Palm Springs. I am a mother of 3 children. I also come from a large family of musicians. My family has also been honored by the city of Palm Springs for our humanitarian efforts.

I started my very first job with Dr. Gamble in March of 2013. I can honestly say it has been an amazing experience working with Dr. Gamble and the team these 6 years.

On my time off I love to spend every moment with my husband, two children and my family.
